Meant to be a full 20 miles, so will have to add on a few hundred metres on the way back in! Wanted to dip under five hours and did, so result. Route was out to Kildale, and back in following the Cleveland Way. Did the first 21km about 10 miutes faster than last week. Good weather as well! This is the running I love.
